BREAD LINE - The Rademaker industrial Bread production line is designed for medium to large scale industrial bread manufacturers. From tin breads to high water absorption artisan breads and from pre-fermented to 'green' doughs. Flexibility and fast production changeovers are guaranteed thanks to the unique modular design and the various mobile units. Compared to dedicated industrial bread lines, this results in a shorter Return On Investment, that makes the Bread production line the most desired industrial bakery line in the market. The Bread production line is developed to produce a wide variety of bread products for a medium scale bakery to any industrial bakery. Capacities ranging from 500 to 9,000 kg per hour, consistently produced hour by hour, day by day, and year by year.
SIGMA LAMINATOR - Our dough laminating machine is developed to produce consistent laminated dough sheets for a semi-industrial bakery to any industrial bakery. The dough laminator can laminate the dough sheet up to 512 layers, depending on capacity and the line concept. Capacities range from 250 to 10,000 kg dough per hour, consistently produced hour after hour, day after day, year after year. The development of dough laminators is our core activity. Our mission is to offer a dough laminating machine that produce the best dough sheet possible for your bakery products. In close cooperation with our valued customers, our laminators are set up according to the production volumes, the used fat type, the number of needed layers, the desired thickness and the dough reduction method. PASTRY LINE - The Universal Pastry line can be equipped with a wide variety of options to shape your dough and is suitable for mono-and/or multi-production. To add to its versatility, the production line can also be equipped with numerous tools that are designed for fast and easy change-over. Decorating by means of depositors, egg yolk or water spraying systems, universal dispensers or a fruit and cheese applicator is possible as well. Each operation is carried out automatically. Capacities are depending on product size and weight but range between midsized to industrial volumes.
FLATBREAD LINE - We have transformed the traditions of the past into a state-of-the-art Flatbread sheeting line. The development of Flatbread sheeting lines is one of the core competences of Rademaker. Therefore, our Flatbread lines produce a uniform and stress-free dough sheet, thanks to Rademaker's lamination technology that can handle numerous types of recipes to produce healthy bread products of different shapes and sizes.
PIZZA LINE - We are a full-solution provider when it comes to pizza bases or complete topped pizza production. Thanks to a modular design, great flexibility and a wide product variety your pizza production will be much more efficient. Our equipment have a very hygienic design with fast and easy change-over, and cleaning possibilities. Suitable for pizzas in various shapes and sizes, pre-proofed or in line proofing, as well as alternative products and varieties like pizza baguette, pizza sticks, etc. Working width of the pizza production line vary between 600 mm up to 1,600 mm and dough capacities can go as high as 14,000 kg/hr.
PIE LINE - Rademaker produces Pie lines, Quiche lines and Pastel de nata / Egg tart lines for a very wide range of customers all over the world. Our production lines are built up from modules with proven technical concepts and are known for excellent production quality that is already starting with the precise positioning of the billets. Furthermore, the servo driven press is equipped with a unique compensation mechanism ensuring perfect shaping of the dough with a minimum amount of scrap. This is achieved by automatically adapting the bottom thickness for fluctuating weight of the dough billets. Finally, the control system can easily be set at the desired level of strokes while the system itself will take care of the overall adjustment of settings.
