Due to the architecture of the dividing unit, very soft doughs can be processed. The SOFT STAR PLUS is a head machine designed for utilization in industrial bakeries, tuned for the requirements of modern roll lines.
The powerful SOFT STAR CT dough dividing and moulding machine produces dough pieces with very high quality and weight accuracy in a particularly efficient manner. It is optimally designed for processing small baked goods dough, also with particularly high dough absorption rates and bowl rest. Simple handling thanks to particularly good ergonomics, great accessibility for cleaning and easy-to-change parts complete the profile of the SOFT STAR CT as a comfort dough divider. With powerful drives and a robust design, the SOFT STAR CT fulfills all the requirements that are necessary for use in multi-shift operation.
Highest precision in the production of rolls. SOFT STAR CTi ensures extremely high weight accuracy (approx. 99%) at high and highest quality and an hourly capacity of up to 36,000 dough pieces. The maintenance and cleaning of the SOFT STAR CTi are facilitated due to the separation of the dough processing area and the drive area, as well as through the modular design of the machine.
