The UC PRO is an exceptional helix mixer with a unique mixing principle, because the dough is pulled and overlaid, thus adding a lot of oxygen and little energy in the dough. Therefore, the UC PRO is ideal for the production of soft wheat and rye doughs and sophisticated mixing, as the doughs get more tension and volume. Its sturdy construction makes the UC PRO particularly low-maintenance and existing bowls can also be used in the new UC PRO.
The KRONOS digital develops a feeling for the dough. Its implanted expert knowledge bank is based on extensive experience. It knows when to end the mixing process and always delivers identical, completely reproducible dough qualities - independently of staff training and experience. It is also extremely easy to operate. The TITAN mixer meets the highest demands on performance and dough quality. If single or double spiral, the TITAN mixer fits to your requirements. On request, the TITAN can be easily cleaned due to its hose water protection.

The AUTOMATIC TITAN is the simplest form of industrial dough production. This system ensures optimally mixed doughs with a continuous dough quality.
The focus in industrial dough production is on dough quality and on the operational efficiency of the mixers and mixing systems. The 3-zone or helix mixing principle in the mixers used ensures soft, ideally mixed doughs. The flexibility of the KRONOS LINEAR SYSTEME enables the achievement of long dough resting times with high performance. Different type of doughs with different dough resting times can be produced at the same time. The system can be expanded at any time.
The POWER ROLL SYSTEM is a powerful base discharge mixing system. Up to three POWER MIXERs discharge the dough into a bowl that is transferred to a downstream head machine via a bowl tipper. Reproducible doughs are created quickly and fully automatically.
With the TITAN LINEAR SYSTEM you can realize different resting times, a high dough capacity and the best dough quality (with highest automation). The bowls are moved quickly and reliably by a carrier.
The full accomplishment with a combination of POWER MIXER, transport rails and bowl tipper, that is fitted to your production and dough requirements. The POWER SQUARE SYSTEM enables the fully automatic production of very soft doughs with particularly long dough resting times. After mixing, the dough is discharged into plastic dough resting containers and is automatically transferred to its resting position. The container is delivered to a bowl tipper after the bowl resting time.
