Service department

Permanent customer care, teamwork and the desire for new knowledge and skills are the main features of our service department. With open access to the customer, expert knowledge and available equipment can boast of a large number of successfully-performed servicing, assembly and commissioning of equipment in operation.

OUR SERVICE TEAM

24/7 Help

Over 50 service stations in 5 service branches, Zagreb, Osijek, Poreč, Šibenik and Split are qualified in automation, IT engineering, electrical, mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, air engineering and cooling systems. The speed of service is achieved with 23 service vehicles fully equipped with tools and spare part.

In line with the trends in information technology and automation, we developed a Smooth OSA service application that enables our service providers and customers to better organize and analyze the service. It quickly and efficiently shares information with the customer and the central service system to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Effective results in the service department also contribute to a warehouse with over 20,000 spare parts. Spare parts are stocked in warehouses at the location of the company’s headquarters and service branches, but are also an integral part of every service vehicle. At our warehouses you can find spare parts for service of all sold equipment.
