More than 50 qualified tehnicians in a field of automatisation, IT engineering, electrics, mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, air engineering and cooling systems. The speed of service our people achive with 23 service cars fully equipped with tools and spare parts. Our service team works in 5 indipendent service branches in Zagreb, Osijek, Poreč, Šibenik and Split. Each service branch has the own spare parts warehouse. By carefully selectiong the locations of branches, our professional and experienced team is on disposal to our partnes, capable for solving any problem or challenge. Our goal is satisfaction of our client and long term cooperation.

Servise application - OSA

In accordance with a trend in a field of informatic and automatization, we have developed our own Omrčen service application which allows our tehnicianas and customers better organization and service analysis. Fast and efficient the application shares service informations with czstomer and at the same time with central system to be able to solve the malfunction in the fastes possible time.

Spare parts warehouse

A warehouse with more than 20.000 spare parts also contributes to the efficient results of our service deprtment. Spare parts are located in the central warehouse as well in every branch, and service cars. In our warehouses it is possible to find spare parts for all sold equipment
