Description

BRX high-tech counters can be customised in infinite ways.

In the 3-row version, the ice-cream is displayed in pans of 20 cm which improve its visibility and facilitate its use.


DUAL REFRIGERATION TECHNOLOGY
The combination of glycol and ventilated refrigeration means the counter can be used without lids, with the ice-cream on view.

When closing the shop the carapina pans are placed in a lower position and the lids are restored and the glycol preserve the gelato over the night. 
No longer need of taking the gelato in and out, no longer need of freezers.
